X-Ray Difffraction (XRD)

Instrument in the XRD laboratory is able to analyze samples by identifying the materials or minerals using x-ray technique. Besides, mineral phase analysis using the d-spacing value of each sample is available. Spectrums produced are analyzed using DIFFRAC.EVA VER 1.4 and ICDD PDF-2 software that contains more the 200,000 database of organic, inorganic, forensic material, pigments, and others. Each sample submitted must be in powder form at least 10 gram.
