QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
We are dedicated to deliver the best and consistent services with the support from our competent staff and assuring the impartiality within the business. We will strive to:
i) Consistently provide services that meet the requirement of customers
ii) Ensure the quality of the result through inter-laboratory tests and instrument calibration programs.
iii) Improving the competency and skill of employees by providing training and consistent monitoring.
iv) Striving to achieve total customer satisfaction
v) Ensuring effective operation and continual improvement which meet the standard requirement from MS ISO 17025:2017.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
MPBB will strive to achieve the following quality objectives:
i) To ensure each staff attends at least two (2) courses which is related to the accreditation scheme and/or instrumentation training every year.
ii) To maintain a minimum 70% of satisfaction score from customer feedback which is evaluated once a year.
iii) To ensure at least 90% of the test report will be completed and issued within the time agreed with the customer.
iv) To allow no more than four (4) customer complaints yearly related to the scope of testing.
